Warranty Policy

LG Canada Parts gladly offers a product replacement parts warranty on all the parts and accessories we sell which are subject to specific terms and conditions. This is simply the warranty that the manufacturer, LG offers, and is generally a replacement program.

A replacement component is supplied if all of the manufacturers criteria are met. This is subject to manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions which may or may not include the return of the part, model and serial number requirements, and more. LG Canada Parts does not offer any extensions on the manufacturer (LG) warranty nor does it have the ability to alter them.

If a part becomes defective within the specified warranty period under normal use conditions please contact us and we will be happy to make arrangements for the replacement part to be either picked up or sent to your home or office. We may, at our discretion, require the defective item to be returned to us - and if so, we will make those arrangements at no cost to you. For some products, as indicated below, you may need to contact LG directly and they will handle your warranty claim.

Note that the warranty period starts from the date of purchase - the only exception is refrigerator water filters when purchased in multiple lot quantities.

The warranty period is 90 Days from date of invoice; this information may change without notice.
