The Consumer Protection Act grants a warranty on any goods you buy from a merchant. The good must be able to serve:

    •   For the use/purposes for which they are ordinarly used (Articles 37 of the law).

    •   Normal use for a reasonable period of time, which may vary according on the price paid, the provisions of the contract and the conditions of use (Articles 38 of the law).
