Which products does the warranty apply to?
The LG Swap Services Extended Warranty applies to all LG UltraGear™ monitors.

How long is the warranty for?
The warranty will cover your UltraGear™ Monitor for 3 years from date of purchase.

How quickly does it take to receive a replacement monitor?
After initiating the warranty service, if LG determines your monitor is eligible for the Swap Service, we will send you a new monitor of the same model within one business day.

How do I initiate the warranty service?
In order to initiate the warranty service, you must call the customer service line at 1-833-256-7253. From there you will be connected with a specialist to determine the next steps.

How much is the extended warranty service?
The price will differ depending on the UltraGear™ you’ve purchased. Please review the list below for an accurate cost breakdown.
$0-$300 = $29.99 | $301-$599 = $49.99 | $600-$999 = $79.99
$1000-$1499 = $129.99 | $1500-$1999 = $139.99 | $2000+ = $189.99
